Commuter Benefits
How do I sign up?
You can sign up for commuter benefits on our website, through our mobile app, or through your company’s SSO (if enabled).
Using the Edenred Benefits Mobile App:
- Download the app at the App Store or Google Play
- Select ‘Setup My Account’
- Enter your Company ID (Company ID can be found in your welcome email or through your company’s benefits administrator)
- Enter your first name, last name, and home zip code
- Create a username and password, then verify your email to complete registration
On Edenred’s Website:
- Go to myaccount.edenredbenefits.com
- Select ‘Setup My Account’
- Enter your Company ID (Company ID can be found in your welcome email or through your company’s benefits administrator)
- Enter your first name, last name, and home zip code

Your Company’s SSO:
If your company uses SSO, you will need to enter Edenred’s site through your company’s website.
How do I activate my Edenred prepaid card?
How do I find the balance of my Edenred prepaid card?
Log into your account at myaccount.edenredbenefits.com, and select Card from the menu. From there, you can view your card balance.
How can I request a replacement for my Edenred prepaid card?
Log into your account at myaccount.edenredbenefits.com, and select ‘Card’ from the menu. From there, click on ‘Report Lost/Stolen’, and fill out the delivery information that your replacement card should be mailed to.
Where do I find my Company ID?
When you create your commuter benefits account, you will need to know your company ID. If you have received a welcome email, you will find your company ID in that email. If you have not received a welcome email, your benefits administrator will be able to provide your company ID to you.
Where can I use my Edenred prepaid card?
Your prepaid card is accepted at Transit Agencies, fare vending machines, vanpool providers and designated transit retail centers where only transit products are sold. Use your card the same way you would use a debit or credit card.
What commuting expenses are covered, and what is not covered?
Covered:
- Bus, ferry, train, trolley tickets and passes
- Parking expenses (meters, garages and lots)
- Vanpool fees
- Bike maintenance and repairs
Not covered:
- Tolls
- Taxis
- Gas/fuel
- Mileage
- Business trip costs
- Airport parking fees
- Parking fees at your home
How do I get my commuter benefits?
Your tickets, passes and prepaid cards are shipped directly to your home via USPS. If you use a Smart Card, you can directly load funds to your account via our online platform. We can also pay your vanpool or parking provider on your behalf with direct pay.
Can I redeem my commuter benefits for cash?
No, you can only redeem them for qualified modes of transportation and parking expenses to get to and from work.

What is a Lifestyle Spending Account?
Edenred Benefits Lifestyle Spending Account provides wellness benefits that can be used to pay for everyday expenses to help your well-being.
How do I use my funds?
How do I view information about my debit card like balance or transaction history?
If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll want to create an account with us at: www.login.edenredbenefits.com. For new users, follow the prompts to create a new user sign up. Once in your account, you can view your balance, transaction history, activate your debit card and report your debit card lost or stolen in the Card Management section.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, you can view your account through the Edenred Benefits mobile app. Our app is available in both the Apple App Store and Android App Stores.
Can I use this debit card to withdraw cash at ATMs?
No, this card cannot be used to withdraw cash at ATMs or to receive cashback at point of sales. The debit card can only be used for purchases within your spending categories.
What if I lose or can’t find my debit card?
You can request a replacement by logging into our site at www.login.edenredbenefits.com or through our mobile app in the Card Management section. Replacements can take up to 7-10 business days and will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. Any funding that was on your lost card will be carried over to your new card.

Where can I use my prepaid meal card?
You can use your prepaid meal card towards qualifying meal purchases at local restaurants and cafes pursuant to your Benefits Plan.
Is it possible to buy other products using my prepaid meal card?
No. Your prepaid meal card can only be used for qualifying meal purchases.
How do I activate my new prepaid meal card?
You can activate your new prepaid meal card online at https://login.ticketrestaurant.us. If you are a first-time user, you will need to register first. Once you log in, go to the Card Management page and click the Activate button.
Is there a maximum amount I can use with my prepaid meal card per day / per transaction?
Each company sets the maximum amount of funds it wants to provide to their employees towards qualifying meal purchases and any restrictions that may apply. Your HR department/employee benefits coordinator can advise you on the program expectations. The card itself is limited to 12 transactions per day up to $1,000.00 USD per day.
My prepaid meal card was not accepted at a restaurant or café. What should I do?
If you checked that your card has sufficient balance and has not expired, please contact our customer support line at (888) 417-4261 so we can investigate the issue. If the card is defective, you will need to get a replacement card.
How can I check the balance and/or recent activity on my prepaid meal card?
To check the balance and recent activity on your prepaid meal card, you can visit our website https://login.ticketrestaurant.us and navigate to Card Management. On this tab, you will be able to check your balance and view your transactions.
What should I do if my prepaid meal card is lost or stolen?
You can report your card lost or stolen by logging in to https://login.ticketrestaurant.us and go to the Card Management page, or by calling our customer support line at (888) 417-4261.
What should I do if my new prepaid meal card card or a requested replacement card did not arrive in the mail?
Please allow 7-10 calendar days for your new or replacement prepaid meal card to arrive in the mail. Please verify accuracy of your mailing address online at https://login.ticketrestaurant.us and go to the Profile page. If you need to contact our customer support line, please call (888) 417-4271 or email us at customerservice@ticketrestaurant.us.
Does the unused monthly balance on my prepaid meal card roll over into the next month?
Yes. Any unused balance on your prepaid meal card will automatically roll over into the next month. There is no action required for automatic rollovers.
