Andrei is a leader with passion for innovation and a strong customer-centric mentality. He loves working with creative people building something of value while creating positive customer experiences.

He joined Edenred Benefits in 2019 with a mission to transform customer success and service into a competitive advantage. He holds an MBA degree from Old Dominion University and held a number of senior management positions in Operations and Customer Success at multinational shipping companies and successful tech startups. Outside of work, Andrei can be found spending time with his family, hiking with his dog (Mishka) and traveling to unique destinations.
