John Beach
Director of Customer Service and Operations
As the Director of Customer Service and Operations, John is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and designing operational strategies to maximize customer satisfaction across all Edenred’s customers and their employees.
John joined Edenred in October of 2022 after 12 years of running contact centers and the operational functions for several employee benefits companies.
John has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University and Master’s in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Business.
