What is lifestyle reimbursement?

Depending on the benefits offered, employees participating in the Lifestyle Spending Account program are eligible to receive reimbursements for eligible expenses. The benefits that are eligible for reimbursement will depend on various factors set by the employer. The reimbursement process is simple and secure. Your employees can submit claims online and employers can manage the process through the admin portal.

Edenred also offers a voluntary Round Up for Change program which allows your employees to “rounds up” their lifestyle purchases to the nearest dollar in an effort to make the world a better place to live and work.

Each time an employee makes a purchase, the change will be rounded up and donated to charity. They can contribute as little as a penny or as much as 99 cents per lifestyle purchase.
